Access /Android/data and /Android/obb on Android 14+ without root
Access /Android/data and /Android/obb on Android 14 and above with Shizuku.
Shizuku(https://shizuku.rikka.app) is a tool that allows you to use certain system APIs without having to root your Android device. It works by granting adb shell permissions to a specific app on your device. This app then acts as a proxy between your device and the system APIs, allowing you to perform actions that would normally require root access.
There is the User manual how to active it.

FV File Manager With the adb permission, you can visit the /Android/data and /Android/obb on Android 14.
It is faster than SAF.

This method works on Android 11~16.
Note: The original Shizuku project is no longer actively maintained. If you run into compatibility issues, try ShizukuPlus instead — it’s an actively developed fork that adds Root/ADB/Dhizuku unification and Android 16+ / OneUI compatibility fixes, while staying fully compatible with apps built for the original Shizuku (including FV File Manager).

Google’s permission control on the Android/data and Android/obb directories is becoming increasingly incomprehensible. Access to these two directories is prohibited, but the system’s built-in file applications can access it! :(
